We stayed in the Happy Magic room for 3 nights while we visited the theme parks, it was a great themed room for kids. Staff were nice but not overly so, we had much better service from previous hotels in Japan....

Good family comfortable hotel close to the disney park.

We were dissapointed the pool was closed as the children were looking forward to using it and it was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. The room upgrade we were offered was very good for the cost of it.

Perfect for Family Adventures

The staff were friendly. We had a spacious room with matching nightwear sets for the whole family, just cute and a real touch of thoughtfulness.

Not exactly cheap, but given the family-friendly nature and amenities, it was still reasonable.

enjoyable strolls to tokyo's theme parks and beautiful bayside parks

I found the Disney monorail just a short walk away, and I loved having Kasai Rinkai Park so close for evening strolls along the waterfront with fine views of Tokyo Bay. The hotel provided a great home base for my explorations, especially with its spacious rooms and friendly staff who were always ready to help.

Incredibly comfortable room, great room service and an overall beautiful hotel.

Beautiful shuttle bus goes back and forth to the monorail station... a whopping 150 meters away. Come on Hilton, have the hotel shuttle do a small loop making stops at the two park entrances and the main train station (where everyone actually arrives). Cash only to buy $80 park tickets at the hotel? Really?
